So just what exactly is the perfect diet?

Is it five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, moderate meat and dairy consumption, a few servings of healthy breads and cereals, and very limited snack foods? Maybe. But I can't honestly tell you that for sure. And neither can anyone else.
