I suffer from what they call Sciatica Spondylolishesis herniated L5-S1 and disk degeneration.  This led to a spinal fusion surgery for the L5-S1 with a donor bone graft.  After returning from the hospital stay, I started taking Calcium + Daidzein and Nutra-6.  I was off the narcotics in less than two weeks and at the 30 day mark, the x-ray showed the fusion going very fast.  At the three month mark, I was out of the back brace and at the four month mark medically cleared.  The doctors were amazed at my recovery reate.
