Good Night’s Sleep!
Years ago I tried Melatonin to help me sleep because my work required a lot of traveling through time zones. It didn't work at all, and I certainly never thought I'd try Melatonin again. After reading the article in Smart Publications, I decided to give it another try. WOW - talk about a predictable good night sleep with no after effects the next morning! I've been able to easily and effortlessly re-arrange my sleep schedule to fit my work schedule, which gets me up at 5:00 a.m. I wake up feeling rested and ready to go - and I've only had to use half of one tablet as a dose. Amazing! Thank you so much. I thought I would just have to learn to live with insomnia and fatigue.
