I have used Carbo Defense for five months. I take two capsules in the morning with food and two with dinner. My weight is down 21 pounds, and I am still losing. I feel absolutely wonderful and recommend Carbo Defense to anyone. I have been getting compliments on my weight loss and everyone wants to know how I did it.
